Unlikely, but its technically possible at any age. It is the cause that is usually different. At older ages it is due to heart disease or clogged arteries and the like, normally. There are diseases and disorders that can cause it regardless of age, however, it is far more rare.

The first thing you'll want to do to stop a panic attack is limit (or eliminate) the amount of caffeine you consume daily. Caffeine is a powerful stimulant, and taken in large enough amounts can lead to dizziness, being jittery, and irritability - all things you want to avoid to help control panic attacks. Granted, the first thing many of us want when we feel stressed is a cup of coffee or energy drink, but it is counterproductive. The second thing you'll need to do is eat regular meals, particularly breakfast. Having a regular eating schedule will help maintain a normal blood sugar level. By keeping your blood sugar levels consistent, you won't feel the "roller coaster" effect that you would if you skip meals or go a long time without eating. Third, you'll want to exercise regularly. I know, this is not as easy as it sounds. How many of us have resolved to get into shape for the new year? Even if you can't get to the gym every day, fitting in a workout at least three times a week will do wonders in reducing your stress levels. The less stress you have, the less likely you are to have an anxiety or panic attack. The fourth thing to do is make sure you get plenty of sleep. Numerous studies have shown that having a full nights rest will make you more focused, as well as having a direct, positive impact on your mood and actions. Finally, get yourself organized. Having a daily routine can do wonders to help you avoid feeling pushed for time - a major cause of stress and anxiety. The better your daily plan, the less chance there is of finding yourself with more things to do than you have time for.

Rare but it happens. I do know someone who had multiple heart attacks before he was 15 - just a congenital problem. He's now deceased.

Probably based on concesus - overweight/bad cholestrol/bad heart/bad blood pressure/living conditions/diet/etc would bring a heart attack on anyone - they should be checked by a medical doctor of hospital - immediately!@

It's posible, but very very rare. You can get a bad case of indigestion from soda that puts a lot of pressure in your chest though.
