Like physical signs, emotional symptoms such as anxiety or depression can mask conditions other than stress. It is important to find out whether they are stress-related or not. In either case, the following emotional symptoms are uncomfortable and can affect your performance at work or play, your physical health, or your relationships with others:
nervousness, anxiety
depression, moodiness
“butterflies”
irritability, frustration
memory problems
lack of concentration

Lots of people have good answers, but did you know that high fructose corn syrup can cause it? It can also cause hair loss, weight gain around the middle, and chronic tiredness.
Most Americans drink a lot of soda, and it has a very high content of it. (HFCS) Also a low level of your B vitamins can cause stress. I got off the soda and started taking vitamins, and I am 200% better! Look up "cortisol + high fructose" on a search engine. Webmd is a good site. Hope you feel better.
If that isn't the problem, I hope that you can get isolate the problem, and get it taken care of.

Loss of hair and sleep. You also tend to dose off a lot, gain weight, and become extremely irritable to your loved ones. Hope I could help.
