me and this guy i'm dating met up last night and we went on a double date with his friends from work and my cousin we went to the club and after the club we went to the beach to walk around after that we were sitting in the car my cousin and the other guy were in the backseat making out and me and my guy were in the front talking when they were telling us to do the same but my guy was a little sleepy so i wanted him to relax a little and they told him to wake up over and over i was fine with it but they kept telling me to kiss him on the cheek after a while they kept pushing me he said........." if she kisses me on the cheek i will get naked and be on her".....i wasn't sure if that was a compliment i'm confused.....what did he mean by that?

compliment, means hes attracted to you. that if he gets a little, he will want all of it...

I think it's a compliment. The way I see it is that you would arouse him easily even if it was by just a kiss on the cheek. He was prolly just sleepy and didnt think you were that interested so I think he kinda wanted to see if you are interested in him or not. But I could be wrong.

it means he is unstable and doesn't feel that he can control himself once things get started. it's sort of a compliment, but a bit scary too. be careful around this one. he's and all-or-nothing guy.

I don't know, that's a bit strange.
Maybe he was trying to hold himself back, & that if you guys did makeout it would go further than he wanted or maybe you would like.
