I was watching South Park awhile back and Cartman began a fad of putting food up his butt so he could poop out his mouth. Is this physiologically possible?

It is absolutely possible and happens quite often. Just ask any of the emerg staff at your local hospital. They see quite a lot of people with such severe constipation or bowel obstructions due to adhesions that the waste has to get out somewhere. If it's in there long enough and can't get out, it'll back up and come out the other way. You don't poop it out your mouth exactly. It comes out more like bowel movements in your vomit.

of course it is. I tried it and I crapped straight outta my mouth. Even though I smelled bad for some time it felt good. Gosh, that Cartman kicks ***. I have a boxer of him saying AY IM A COP, RESPECT MY AUTHORITY. gotta love that fatty

Ok, First of all that NEVER happened, in house MD. Ever!! And second of all, no. When any waste is expelled from the human body orally, it is vomiting. It is not possible to reverse your digestive track to litterally eat food via you backside, digest it in your intestines, and excrete it through your esophogus.

Yes..it is possible. My cousin's wife was pregnant and not feeling well. She began vomiting...so violently in fact that all the blood vessels in her eyes ruptured. She in fact was vomiting poop...the reason she soon found out..was because she had cancer she died 1 year later!

Well... there is the rarity of having a bowel obstruction that causes preformed fecal material to be forced up threw your mouth. But it is rare.

ok. Yes it is possible to vomit fecal matter but this would imply a serious back up of your GI system requiring hopitalization. But if you just shoved some food up your @$$ for laughs then you would just have psycological issues.

I don't think its possible, but sometimes when I wake up... it sure seems like I pooped out of my mouth by the taste of it!!!
