Speed Bag/Double end ball? What purpose do these pieces of equipment serve? Is it all about hand eye coordination, shoulder endurance? Thanks, Killa Kane

The purpose of the speed bag is hand eye coordination. The purpose of the double end bag same thing but, you can work on slipping punches as the ball comes back towards you and if you have a double double end bag you can work on your timing with head shots as well as body shots. Both in my opinion are great workouts.

Santana nailed that answer both workouts can be a lot of fun. The purpose of both those bags is for speed and hand eye coordination, and slipping of punches(double end bag). They also help greatly with your timing and rhythm. Killa if you can hang them in your garage and also get a heavy bag, a full length mirror ( mount on your garage wall ) , a jump rope. you got your own in home boxing gym!
