I lost 10 pounds in 7 days. Cut out soda, kool-aid, tea, etc. Drink water only. Do regular exercise and eat healthy foods at meals. This means lean meats, low sugar and fat foods.

You can't. To lose 10 pounds should take you 3 or 4 weeks. Sorry, but it's dangerous to try to lose too much weight too quickly.

idk but 5- 10 pounds you wood have to work really hard no break eat healthy and give it everything u got .... 2 days is a short time
you might get close to 5 lbs but it might not work that is a challenge
