I have been dating the same girl for over four years and we broke up for awhile and then we got back together. Now she has ended it again. I'm looking for suggestions on how to cheer myself up.

I'm sorry about your breakup. If it is meant to be you and her will find each other again someday.Surround yourself with friends and family that you love. Treat yourself to something you enjoy or just go out and have a good time with friends. I know its hard but it takes time to heal. Try not to let this interfere with the rest of your life. I hope everything goes well. Good luck!

Even if you are in great shape, start working out or running, some kind of physical activity! That will help stave off depression and you might even meet someone new while you're out there!! And think about what you liked to do before she came along, such as some hobby or whatever that you may have put aside to spend more time w/ her. And start doing that again.

Try to stay busy doing things you enjoy, spending time with friends and family. Treat yourself to something nice. Give yourself time. There are plenty of fish in the ocean. Do whatever makes you feel good to get you over the hump.

Listening to music and hanging out with my friends for a night out helped me. Go out and go somewhere where you feel you can just relax like the beach maybe. Just be careful if do go out late and don't put your safety at risk. All of those helped me. Do something you enjoy, maybe take up a new hobby to get your mind off the break up, or something to get your mind off the break up.

find a new hobby or sth. new you really want to learn but didn't have chance yet. This will broad your circle and probably shift your attention away from this relationship for a while. Time will cure everything, no matter how bad you got hurt.
