my ex bf, who i broke up with 3 weeks ago, called me last night and literally begged me to get back with him. i don't want to at all. any ideas on how to get him to move on and back off cuz its gettin really annoying.

I agree with the first 2 persons who gave their answers. If that doen't work you can try talking to him.
Most importantly, you must make it very clear to him that the love between both of you is no longer there anymore. Make him understand that both of you can only remain as friends. Tell him directly and clearly, no need to twist and turn because some guys are quite slow. They can't understand what you are trying to tell them if you don't go straight to the point.
Give stern warning to him that if he continues bugging you, it is a type of harrassment. If he respects you for who you are and he still intend to remain as your friend, he should back off now.
There is no better way than to tell him straight to the face personally.

I can understand how you feel, I really can. I've been there. You know ..........when he starts carrying on like that, just let him carry on, don't say a word, when you start talking you are just adding fuel to his fire. If he keeps it up hang up on him. Change your phone #, change your e mail address, if he comes to your house, tell him to leave, if he doesn't leave then you call the police because he is doing something that is against your will.
You evidentally broke up with him for a very good reason. He sounds like a pain in the butt to me .

Be real direct and honest and know that you will hurt his feelings when you tell him exactly how you feel about him now. Honesty hurts, but stringing him along with any fragments of false hope is a lot harder on a guy. Rip the band-aid off fast and hard and get it over with.
