completely legal in every state, you just cant have the ammunition or weapons to destroy them

I can't imagine they are, really, depends on why your wearing that vest - if your a security gaurd or a gangster, that's 2 different things

There are not any laws against it except for wearing one while committing a robbery or something of that nature that I am aware of at least that is the case where I'm from

no but in most states if you are commiting a crime while wearing the armor is an additional class B felony

If it were up to our liberal media, movie stars and the like, only they would have body armor and guns (carried by there bodygaurds of course).
