Not necessarily. To be encaged in a body to begin with is itself a punishment for sins committed in the past.
First of all it must be understood that the person in the womb is not that body. The body is a combination of chemicals that will soon change into a baby, then a youth, and then an old person. However, the soul within the body does not change. Every 7 years every single cell in the body is replaced at least once, but we remain the same person throughout all the changes of the body. So if we remain the same during all the changes of the body, we must be the soul within the body, not the body itself. This is just the A B C's of spiritual life. Without understanding this basic knowledge, there is no question of spiritual life and spiritual understanding.
So the fetus in the womb as I already mentioned is already being punished for past sins. Otherwise why would he not already be in the spiritual world? Why would he now be suffering by being squished up double into the mother's womb? Its terrible suffering living in a womb for 9 months and then going through the birth trauma. This is punishment for sins committed in past lives.
If the fetus is aborted, he will have to be injected into another womb and hopefully be able to take birth and try and finish out his life. Also those responsible for the abortion will have to suffer terribly by being killed in the womb themselves. This is the law of karma. As you sow so shall you reap. The material world is completely just and fair since it is completely controlled in every detail by the Lord.

a human is without sin at any age, until it what?
Hears the Truth and knows it.
This could be a 100 year old man on a island.
State Laws on Abortion, in regards to Funeral Home Directors, by: The Department of Human Services.
It is wrong according too man and Christianity.
1.) When a fetus weighs 11.3 ounces, or 20 weeks of term, whichever comes first. The baby dies, it has to have a Birth Certification and Death Certificate.
2.) When a fetus is less than 350 Grams and dies, it needs a Fetus Death Certificate.
3.) A fetus/baby is a live human being after it meets the above criteria, according too law.
4.) a nonlife needs no Death Certificate. [ It had to be a Life, to be declared dead.]
5.) A baby is a live human being even according too man, and will remain so, until man's law changes.
6.) By man's own deffinition as too Life: You tell me who is contradicting themselves.
7.) A fetus/baby is a live human being at conception, according to God, and will remain that way until YOU or someone else proves with the Word of GOD, that it isn't.

A fetus is definitely without sin. The Bible says that one should have a childlike innocence. It has not yet been exposed to the difficult decisions, problems, and hatred of this world. The child would therefore go to heaven. Still, aborting a child is wrong, because it is murder.

According to the bible a human being becomes a "Living Soul" from their first breath of air. Hence the breath of life. (Genisis chapter 1)
When children are born and were suppose to be twins, but no one ever knew that there were twins there, sometimes when 1 of them did not develope right, later doctors find the other twin living off of the body of the 1st child, inside. This is called a parasite. Most of the time it doesn't have brain function or developed lungs.
A fetus is parasitic in nature because it must have a host (it's Mother) to live, until it has developed well enough to have brain function & developed lungs (near the 40 weeks of gestation-pregnancy) to live outside of the Host Body, and be able to draw its1st breath.
Yes, it is a human being but doesn't not become the perpetual "Living Soul" until the 1st "Breath of Life" is taken.
To your question: Yes, a fetus is not capable of sin.
And it returns from the source it which it came, namely Heaven, to the Source of ALL that there is.

Yes the fetus is going to heaven by grace. It is without sin but will be born into sin because of the condition of the World under satans jurisdiction. Also God wants the marriage to him to be an act of free will, so it is born into the mindset that is separate from God therefore sin, since everything that is separate from God is off target or sin.

Yes a fetus does not have actual sin either and by the way aborted infants are martyrs and as such would automatically go to Heaven.

Hmmm... a fetus had not a chance to sin... sin is a nature and action. He has the potential to commit sin, but not the chance, same as with lots of children that are actually born. Its logical. As long as the child can't be held responsible for his actions, it's covered under the blood of Jesus, so yeah, they go to heaven! Thank God!

From what I have learned there is an age of accountability and that all children are born into sin. They go to heaven if they die young, but remember it is a sin to abort anyway so you all will have to answer to God for that at your judgement day. Yes, they will go to heaven because they have not yet sinned and they are still pure.

Yes , a fetus is still a human being that has not breathed a breathe of life yet, but God is forming it in your womb.
A child is without sin until they come to accountabilty, which is when they know right from wrong.
