I found out that there was something like a rubber stuck inside. I turned it on so that it will losen. When it was loose, I brushed it off but there was a rubber smell left in the oven. No harm to the body if I bake?

It probably won't hurt anyone, but it's likely that the odor will get into whatever you bake. Try to burn it off until there is no smell left at all before baking.

You should be just fine. I know the smell is awful, so I suggest you turn your oven on, without food in it, and let the rest of the rubber burn off before baking.

Probably no harm. However, if you do want to make sure and your oven is self cleaning, just run the self cleaning cycle once and that should take care of it.

I'd use oven cleaner or the self-clean cycle on your oven
