Someone who doesn't like meat has told you a lot of stuff, huh?

Are you eating the meat raw? Probably not. The meat will be cooked that you're going to eat.

When you bite into a piece of meat it is already starting to be digested because your teeth & saliva are doing that. Then when you swallow, more digestive juices begin working and so on until your stomach digests it even more. Then when all of that has happened & if there are very micro tiny pieces left it is passed into the intestinal tract for further digestion. All this takes place in a 24 hr period. So there is no food in your system to rot.

I think there are way to many acids and enzymes in your stomach for meat to rot...it doesn't stay in your digestive track long enough to rot.

Meat, like everything else you consume, goes through the digestion process and leaves your body within a day or so.

You have digestive acids that break down all foods. It doesn't rot in your stomach. The latest fad is "cleansing" which may be where you heard this. In a year or so they'll be a new cure-for-everything scam and this one will have faded away.

If meat is rotting in your stomach then something is wrong with your stomach. Wouldn't this mean that veggies and fruit rot also?
