I'd like to know any tips to help me restrain myself during an important meeting/discussion and stuff. Sometimes when my peers do something silly or rediculous, I can't help but laugh...

Laugh? Laugh at what? You must feel very uncomfortable to be laughing during serious meetings. Maybe you should take a deep breath and concentrate on the meeting. How immature! You need to grow up before you loose your job.

Go ahead!!! LAUGH!!!...As long as you are laughing "with them" and not "at them"(you know, genuinely funny vs. humiliation)
It may seem "uncalled for" by those who wish to appear "perfect",
BUT! To those who really count? You will be showing that you are REAL!
Being REAL shows self confidence and also shows people you are what you are, and that will ultimately show them, you can be trusted.
If more people had true character and were more real, we would have less of the "behind the scenes" scandals....

Bite the inside of your cheek, or under the table pinch yourself. i know what you mean, i used to work with some people who were so clueless, it was hard not to laugh out loud at them, and there they were thinking they were making a contribution and so proud of themselves. you are right not to laugh, just do the best you can to keep a straight face, then go home and serve up the stories to your friends and family.

Imagine your male peers naked, if you're not homosexual that should keep you from laughing. And as for your female colleauges, imagine them as males.
