religion is a concept of what people want to believe. people who want war call it religion, people who want peace call it religion, people who was to fight call if someone else's religion. and people who have no faith or belief call that religion also.

In a way yes, if the other party is very religious and refuses to hear about other religions other than their own.I have seen some people argue over it, so it is possible that it could lead to drastic measures if both parties are not able to accept each other's religions.

For me, I don't mind listening about other religions as long as the other party is not irritating, that is they are going all the way out to bring me into their religion. Some people are very forceful that they will bug you for quite some time, until I really tell them off.

No- many people use religion as a way to keep hope and to enhance their lives. However, some people do use it as an excuse for hatred, bigotry, and wars, which tends to give it all a bad name.

It's kind of like communism, if you think about it. It's a generally good idea, because it is meant to provide for people and benefit the common good, but people are so greedy and it is so easily twisted around and taken advantage of that it's difficult to make it work.

No! Religion came from a greek work. "-Re" means "again" or "renew". "-ligion" means "associated" or "with".
Therefore, it means going back with god. or renewing someone's belief to god.
Religion is not suppose to cause war or disagreement. the purpose is the opposite.
however, people have different interpretations on their religion. Or they interpret their written codes/principles differently.
These are the cause of disagreements.

no, people make disagreements regarding religion because people change the bible to suit themselves, and they just believe they are right and hate to be wrong. religion shouldn't cause war thats whats wrong. if the religion doesn't consist of love, compassion, understanding, and peace, then in my opinion it's a cult. God is the only one who should judge whats right and whats wrong with relgion.

Well, organized religion has always been more of a political tool that anything else. As Marx said, "religion is the opiate of the masses". True religion has very little to do with what other people believe, only with what YOU believe.

Definitely not. Religion is a different way to worship God. Even though every religion has different practices they should respect each other because it should be enough that people believe that God exist.

War is a fact of life and some freedoms must be defended. I think religion is a way of control. Some people need that to behave. But I personally hate organized religion.

No, religion is based on moral guidance and something to turn to in times of trouble. I am an atheist but I do understand most peoples reasons to have faith.

No religion is not a way to disagree, it has been made into that by humans. However, the oxymoron is that religion itsself was made by humans. It is simply that people are so afraid that they have it wrong....they try to convince everyone else that they have "the way" and convince themselves in the process. It feels safe to be in a majority.

Therefore, anyone who is different is a threat to them and their false sense of safety.

NO. I think there are people who try their best to force their beliefs on others and think everyone is wrong except them. This is also true of politics. And race. I think it has very little to do with religion and a LOT to do with people.
