love problem little help!?

Question

I liked a girl a lot and we were on the edge of becoming something but i screwed up by not telling her that i wanted her to be my girlfriend, because i wasnt sure she would say yes even though she would surely do, we became best friends and she started dating one nerdy guy, theyve going out for a year almost and i kinda wanted to tell her how much i like/d her and why i screwed up and if i could still get a chance but i dont know how.. any suggestions?

If she's been with this other guy for a year, that chance may have already gone by Hun, but if you're still desperate for this chick to know how you feel, tell her. But realize this... By telling how you feel, you may be, in fact, threatening her currently happiness. Really loving some one means, some times, you've got to let go. If it's just like though, the chances of you getting past it, are good.

Perhaps this is a case of wanting what you can't have, and real passion behind what you're feeling, is regret, and you think, that maybe, if you could just tell her how you feel, things would be okay again.

Consider what effect your actions will have, ask if they're results you can live with. Either way, good luck.

if i were the girl, i think that i would want to here something like
"ok, i have liked for a long time and i know that your still with (insert name), but i was wondering if you would let me talk to you about what happened and maybe wen/if you guys ever stop seeing eachother i might get a chance to take you somewhere."

i would tell her. but since shes been with this guy for about a year... wow. but my advice is either tell her or you'll think about it everyday and it will bug u constantly.
