Unfortunately, there is no good way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. You can do it, but in the long term you will gain the weight back plus more.

My suggestion would be, aim to lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks. That is more reasonable.

Eat only fresh fruits and vegetables and lean proteins (like chicken breasts [no skin] and fish). Avoid pasta, bread and starchy foods. Avoid sugar. Drink lots of water.

Also, make sure you do at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise 5 times per week. Also do some sets of crunches and push-ups to build muscle. That will create definition and make you look thinner, whether you lose the weight or not.

Try the special k challenge it worked for me. For three mels a day eat a bowl of special k cereal in 2/3 cup of skim milk. Also remember to exercise like crazy. The exercise i like the most is taebo by billy blanks. I also walk 5 miles a day. I walk to the gym work out there about 4-5 hours and then i walk back. I need to lose 80 pounds so i am well on my way.

losing more than 2 or 3 pounds a week means that you're just losing water weight- which you gain back b/c you have to have water to live.

In order to lose the weight and keep it off, try a combination of intense cardio daily and weight training every other day.

Do not stop doing this when you reach your goal- or you'll just gain it all back.

There is no easy way. Youre talking almost a pound a day. You can cut out snacks and junk and just eat fruits and drink fluids but thats not easy.

Well, I'm not trying to be nasty but, having sex. You lose the most weight doing that than anything else.

do alot of cardio and eat only salad and fruit and maybe some light yoplait yogurt no candy no sweets no sugar no jam no breads
