Eat small portions and healthy foods. Stay away from high calorie snacks and junk foods. Stay active and exercise daily to burn your calories, It is better to eat several small portions than one or two or three large portions.

STOP! this not true mostly only in the west we fascinate on slim, some countries it is a insult for a woman to be slim do what ever you are comfortable with then so be it!

excericise 3/4 x week & sport (especially swimming!), and to some extent your diet (...not too many carbs)
