I think in most states, once you've received the final decree and judgement, you can legally marry the next day. Not saying that's a smart thing to do, just what the law says, and who's ever said the law makes sense, huh?

"Remember, you cannot remarry until the judgment of dissolution is entered and filed. Merely filing for divorce and obtaining custody and support orders is no substitute for the judgment of dissolution."
So after the final decree you could potentially marry then next day.

From a common sense standpoint u should wait six months, that way u are not just "re bounding" into another disaster!
