Always so much judgement passing from mother to mother. Why? I see it everyday, and I can't understand why women are this way. At least this seems to be prevalent in the United States.

All mothers have an idea as to what's "best for a child" and they may not always agree. We aren't all like this. Not all women or mothers are cold.

They make everything into a competition...who is the best mom, wife, etc....And people don't seem to respect other peoples right to parent their children as they see fit, they think their way is the ONLY way.

hey hun....well im from the south and i ain't ever seen that unless some one was disciplining their kid and the other one disapproved....any other time we smile at each other and even try to help calm a restless baby or help each other look for school clothes that have a good price! lol....i guess that's good ol'e southern hospitality for ya....love daisy

i don't think they are.
maybe one is comparing her life to the other?
this could cause some bad feelings.

terrible parenting while they were young and bad self-esteem!
