in my experience of wanting scrunshed hair, the easiest way was to apply a dollop of mouse, disperse through hair and add 'finger attatchment' to hairdryer (set on COOL), then tip your head up-side-down and grab chunks of hair and twist and scrunch to the root and apply hairdryer. Do this to your whole head till dry, then flip head back and quickly apply ultra stong hairspray!! Et Voila!! an 80's Do!!

garnier makes a great spray that scrunches your hair no matter what. My hair is pin straight and never works with mousse and hairspray. I think it is called scrunch and shake or something. Use the red level one its stronger and it lasts all day

when you hair is wet use a pick not a brush. then use a leave in conditioner. then use mouse.
flip your head forward and scrunch away. then leave it alone until it drys..
if your hair is pin straight DONT try scrunching it. it's not meant to be. and it's not going to look good.. unless it's naturally curly or wavy or you have a perm.
