I'll never hide my head in the sand. It's been hidden for too many years as it is. It's time to look upward and see the loveliness of the sky. Knowing that somewhere up there is an all knowing GOD who has told me to let myself love and be loved. To live life to the fullest as it's too short to waste. I have a better understanding today of myself than I ever did. I understand that I am worth a thousand apologies and I also owe them to someone. But only for whatever hurt I caused, nothing else. As I did nothing else with intention. I am free and I feel it in my heart........Peace and Love.......

knowing your inner self can lead to more contentment and happiness in your life
if you don't know you and love yourself , you cant be expected to know others and love them fully
if you learn about yourself then you can in turn go on to learn about others
don't ever hide your lovely head in the sand xx

We are here because we got lost separated from God . So now with Jesus making a way we can be reconciled with God and have our bodies become temples of God. " And then become a Holy Nation"
