Because they have the world --including Reuters and AP -which must stand for America's Pravda-- endlessly saying so. There is an organized disinformation campaign being financed ny these murderous fanatics and put on the web (see above). They keep repeating this 'religion of peace' crap in the press and pointing out the atrocities are being done by a "handful of extremists." A minority of extremists: That describes the Nazi Party exactly as well as militant islam..

Israel has one of the best special forces on the planet. Why are the innocent being allowed to suffer with /for the guilty??? Israel should have the technology to not only detect but effectively disable any threat of that type. The Hezbollah are the guilty not the Lebanese people. Is this how the U.S. paid for Israel's silence over the illegal invasion of Iraq??? I seek truth not propaganda.. Peace.

Iran supports Hezbollah, stop the rockets being made in Iran and you stop those going into Israel. Why does Israel have over 6000 Arabs in their prisons? In the USA 12 percent live under poverty income. In Lebanon it's 28 percent under poverty income.
Israel has 21 percent under poverty income. In the Gaza strip 81 percent live under poverty income. USA tax payers send Israel about $2 billion a month, they use it mostly to buy arms.

I think there is suffering for citizens on both sides of the war, and I don't think there is a clear right and wrong. That's what makes the situation so difficult.
