I am size 5 and want to be size 2! So i know to how can i drop a pants size. Help and i give out 10 points!

switch around your whole daily eating routine. Eat dinner when you get up in the am (your biggest meal of the day), have a normal lunch.... as long as it semi healthy (no mcdonals or bk or any of that). and have a simple bowl of cereal for dinner. Dont eat later than 4hrs before bed. (if you go to bed at 10pm, dont eat after 6pm). Park far away at the store, and make ur self walk. clean the house, inside and out... work up a sweat. Its not gunna change your body in just a week, but it will work. (ps, drink LOTS of water... not soda or juice, water!). good luck!!!

Weight Watchers is the best diet I know. I've lost 60 pounds and maintained it for 14 years. Cut out carbs if you can. Eat either whole wheat, pumperknickel, multi-grain breads...no white. Lots of veggies, 2-3 servings fruit daily, 2 servings milk products. Don't eat more than 4 eggs a week and no more than 4 oz. cheese a week. Everything is either low fat or fat free and in moderation. Drink lots of water and 1 cup of green tea a day. Good Luck!

Size two? Do little by little. Exercise a bit more each week, drink more water, eat healthier, and in no time, you'll fit in those size 2 jeans you've been eying.

That's easy. Drink 3 tall glasses of water before each meal and walk one mile 3 days a week

You already know the answer, lose weight, and you will be able to fit into the smaller size pants.It is as simple as that.

Limit the amount of carbs you intake. Use only diet breads and rice cakes for your carbs. Fill up on protein and fresh veggies.
