If you hair is fried there are several things you can try. First Pantene conditioner. The really heavy conditioning works like magic!
Leave it on for about half hour! But Infusium works really well too.
If you are looking for something else you would have in your house......Use Mayonaise. I know it sounds gross, but leave it on for like 15-20 minutes and will help.

I think that u should get a cholesterol condition for damaged hair it works great. I've used it plenty of times.
