I started drinking more water and eating more fruit. It at least keeps me regular which I usually am not.

My IBS is a vicious cycle. If I eat more fiber, I get very
constipated. And I will get excruciating pains. So, I then
have to take a stool softener. So, then I'm back to my
diarreah again. It's so much fun..........

try to eat healthy and know which foods aggrivate it.

we tried zoloft and others and nothing worked. the pill for the intestinal issue is not approved yet for children, so i wouldn't know about that...but you can control it with diet.

ibs is a disorder caused by a lack of an enzyme that helps regulates the serretonin in the brain.

I take a patented multivitamin and a pro/pre biotic supplement and I have it no more.
