Not have lost weight, but still get those brown spots on them?
I know someone who seems to get these often, he is gay, and
very high risk behaviour. Are those sores Carsinoma's ? I let him
spend the night a couple night ago, and I HAD to wash my linens,
blankets. I felt really uncomfortable about it. What do u think ??

Well, it is good you are asking and I am guessing the answer you are looking for is that you CANNOT get AIDS by his merely sleeping in a bed or breathing the same air or eating at a table or anything else that does not involve an exchange of bodily fluids....
You are a great friend I hope he appreciates you...

BTW: those "brown spots" may well be Kaposi's (I think that is how it is spelled) but they are nothing more than another sign of his disease and not anymore contagious than the rest...

that's a perfectly natural feeling , especially if you don't understand aids . the brown spots are no doubt bruises and are not contagious . aids isn't caught from linens , on;y by bodily fluids . . no problem for you to feel worried , but , take time to read about it more on the web site . Understanding is the highest form of battle against this terrible disease .

If this person is spending the night at your home you should be able to talk to him frankly and ask if he is infected.

are you referring to kaposi's sarcoma (purplish spots on HIV/AIDS patients)
kaposi's will NOT be contagious to you or your loved ones, neither will HIV be unless you or your loved ones are having unprotected sex or exposed to body fluids (mostly needle sticks, cuts with infected blood)
