Drink lots of liquids--hot tea, warm apple juice, orange juice, etc, and of course, water.
Do your reading & homework reclining with your feet up and get to bed EARLY.
Hope you feel better soon.

You can soak in a tub as hot as you can stand it; the steam will clear you up in a jiffy, and help to relax your muscles. Or you can boil a pan of water on your stove and hold your face over it for as long as you can stand it; this helps too.
