Saint Bernard puppies are very cute and adorable and very loving.Mine was mildly playful in the beginning but grew more active as she got older.But they aren't has much work as everyone thinks they are.They don't require bathing too much.just a daily combing is sufficient as their skin is sensitive and washing everyday would do more harm than good.They do eat alot.Just making sure they have a good healthy food that is meant for large breeds works perfect.They cost about $40 every two weeks to feed.I use purina puppy chow large breed formula.And they don't need alot of space.They lay down most of the time anyway.And they want to be where ever you are.They are a wonderful breed for the bad rep they're given.I think pretty much anyone with the money for vet visits every six months and cash for food and time to play could adopt one of these gentle giants.They are exceptionally well with kids also and love nothing more than to hug their masters.
And slobber isn't as bad as everyone says either.They only slobber when they are hungry/excited/or if they have just drinken some water.

I love dogs with big heads, slobber doesn't bother me either. :)
