There are a lot of commercial products you can buy at PetCo or any other pet store. You just spray them on the surface and the dogs stay away because they can't stand the smell. They only have a short life span so you have to keep spraying.

You can spray the dogs with a water hose each time you catch them peeing.

spray about 300 .45 cal rounds at the dogs, they'll never pee there again.
