I want you to feel secure . this is normal . It happen when some food gets out your stomach to your mouth which helps bacteria grow as you are asleep so you observe the white stuff appears or increases after you wake up . The effective natural cure is to rinse out your mouth by very warm water then hydrogen peroxide until you feel spume in your mouth . this white coat will become so soft . Remove it by any hard tool like spoon . Or if u can, u can replace all this by using the moslem cleaning stick for teeth or tooth cleanser . Hope I helped .

The white stuff on your tongue is caused from lack of brushing your tongue. When you brush your teeth do you brush your tongue? If not start. If you are then try using listerine after brushing. O and brush twice 2 three times a day. U would b suprised how many people dont. If that doesnt work than try going to a dentist and c wut they say. you can also go to the dentist and buy a tongue scraper. Its basically a brush made for your tongue to get rid of the white stuff.

Coated tongue is usually a normal overgrowth of the papillae on the tongue which serves as a trap for the normal bacteria in the mouth. The most effective way to manage coated tongue is thoroughly brushing your tongue once a day.
