I'm just curious for women around 5'4 or 5'5''. How much do you weigh?

I'm 140, and always feel like I weigh more than average women my age (19) and height, although I do have a lot of muscle.

And do you feel like you weigh about as much as you should?

I'm 5'2" and believe it or not my ideal weight is now 145 lbs. Don't forget muscle weighs more than fat. I'm in my mid 50's and was a bodybuilder for over 10 yrs. I'm solid because of the muscle, but don't look unhealthy.

No matter how hard I try to drop weight, I can't because of the muscle. I don't look over weight at all, but I keep thinking I should weigh around 128 lbs. because that's what all the charts always said I should weigh.

For your height and it sounds like you've acquired muscle, you're probably right where you should be. Always remember, as long as you feel good and comfortable then don't worry about it.

My grand daughter is 5 yrs old and her pediatrician told me she's over weight for her age. She weighs 52 lbs. but is build solid because at her young age she's already got muscle and believe me there's not a bit of fat on top of it. She's got a bubble butt like Jennifer Lopez and she's proud of it, because I tell her all little girls wish they had her butt.

Your weight is actually average. For your age & height, that fit within the category.

Based on some "average" scale, it's healthy for a 5"4" person to weight around 119-148. As you're long as you excercise and eat the right amount, you'll be fine.

I am 20 years old and i weigh about 5'4" and i weigh about 155 lbs. thats too much for me and i am currently trying to diet and i want to get down to about 135 to 140 so i think that is a great weight especially if you have a lot of muscle.

I'm 4'11, and 85. The key is proportions.

I feel that I'm fine the way I am. I started working out daily and am toneing up.. so as long as I don't weigh 100 and it look unportionate, then I will be happy.
