"Machucando" means squashing something.
It is an expression also used when you are trying to do something and you are not doing it very well... for example: if an american is speaking Spanish poorly they say: "Oh! He's "machucando" the Spanish" (Está machucando el español).
I really don't have the lyric of the song you are reffering to in my head. But, at least in my country, that's how we use the word!
