Core training exercises. ie., ball situps, squats, pushups, and more situps. Most importantly, no simple carbs. Eat small portions 4-5 X daily. SMALL PORTIONS of protein and veggies. Get up and run every morning before your core training. Give yourself 1 month before the results start to show. Visualize the fat burning off. YOU CAN DO IT!

Try doing crunches and ridding bike, swimming, running, walking do all this but maybe not swimming just for 1 hour

go running. sit ups dont really help unless you do them for like 2 hours straight. also cut back on starches all together. that causes bloating of the stomach. drink tons of water too.

reduce the quantity of food u eat everyday and do alot of sit ups and crunches. run, jog, or walk each day for at least 15minutes. good luck. i hope it works

there are a few things that you can do...consume very little sugars and salts,meats,while important can lead to too much blubber,exercise and do drink green tea,it relaxes the stomach muscles and flushes fat out.

do lots of abdominal work (sit ups, crunches, leg lifts), and running is a good way to loose it because it also works your abs a little bit.

they have workout tapes for post partum moms but i wouldnt try anything for at least 6 weeks time for your body to heal, also, sit ups are good too but you have to keep up on an exercise routine for this to work
