GOD’S purpose for the earth is really wonderful. Jehovah wants the earth to be filled with happy, healthy people. The Bible says that “God planted a garden in Eden” and that he “made to grow . . . every tree desirable to one’s sight and good for food.” After God created the first man and woman, Adam and Eve, He put them in that lovely home and told them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it.” (Genesis 1:28; 2:8, 9, 15) So it was God’s purpose that humans have children, extend the boundaries of that garden home earth wide, and take care of the animals.
We can be certain Jehovah God’s purpose for people to live in an earthly paradise will be realized! “I have even spoken it,” God declares, “I shall also do it.” (Isaiah 46:9-11; 55:11) Yes, what God purposes he will surely do! He says that he “did not create the earth simply for nothing” but “formed it even to be inhabited.” (Isaiah 45:18.) What kind of people did God want to live on the earth? And for how long did he want them to live here? The Bible answers: “The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it.”—Psalm 37:29; Revelation 21:3, 4.
Peace will exist because "God will make wars cease to the ends of the earth." (Psalm 46:9; Isaiah 2:4) Then “the righteous one will sprout, and the abundance of peace until the moon is no more”—and that means forever. - Psalm 72:7
Jehovah’s worshipers will live in security. - Isaiah 32:18; Micah 4:4
Food shortages will not exist. “There will come to be plenty of grain on the earth,” sang the psalmist. “On the top of the mountains there will be an overflow.” (Psalm 72:16.)
The whole earth will become a paradise. Lovely new homes and gardens will occupy land that had once been ruined by sinful humans. (Isaiah 65:21-24; Revelation 11:18.) As time passes, parts of the earth already subdued will expand until the whole globe is as beautiful and productive as the garden of Eden.—Psalm 145:16.
There will be peace between humans and animals. Wild and domestic animals will feed together. Even a little child will have nothing to fear from animals that are now dangerous.—Isaiah 11:6-9; 65:25.
Sickness will vanish. As Ruler of God’s heavenly Kingdom, Jesus will do healing on a far grander scale than when he was on earth. (Matthew 9:35; Mark 1:40-42; John 5:5-9) Then “no resident will say: ‘I am sick.’”—Isaiah 33:24; 35:5, 6.
Dead loved ones will be restored to life with the prospect of never dying. All those sleeping in death who are in God’s memory will be brought back to life. In fact, “there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.”—Acts 24:15; John 5:28, 29.
What a marvelous future awaits those who choose to learn about our Grand Creator, Jehovah God, and to serve him! It was to the coming Paradise on earth that Jesus pointed when he promised the evildoer who died alongside him: “You will be with me in Paradise.” (Luke 23:43.) It is vital that we learn more about Jesus Christ, through whom all these blessings will be made possible.

I already am.
Life is what you make it.
If you keep hoping for something that may or may not come and do nothing in this life - you are sadly shortchanging yourself.
Paradise is now - with all the disease, death, violence, and the pretty flowers, and the people you love. DO NOT MISS OUT ON LIFE!
as for an afterlife - I have not seen one dead person come back and say that there is a heaven to go to.
as for near death experiences stories, I just see them as dreams that the mind play - hence I do not put weight in them.
If you live waiting for paradise in the next life and forget to live in this one. You are royally scrwd if there is no afterlife. If you think of it - when you die - you die!

Yes the Bible promises it!
The whole earth will eventually be brought to a gardenlike paradise state. The Bible says: "The wilderness and the waterless region will exult, and the desert plain will be joyful and blossom as the saffron. . . . For in the wilderness waters will have burst out, and torrents in the desert plain. And the heat-parched ground will have become as a reedy pool, and the thirsty ground as springs of water."—Isaiah 35:1, 6, 7.
There will be every reason to be happy in the Paradise earth. Never again will people hunger for lack of food. "The earth itself will certainly give its produce," the Bible says. (Psalm 67:6; 72:16) All will enjoy the fruits of their own labor, as our Creator promises: "They will certainly plant vineyards and eat their fruitage. . . . they will not plant and someone else do the eating."—Isaiah 65:21, 22.
In God's new world, no longer will people be crammed into huge apartment buildings or run-down slums, for God has purposed: "They will certainly build houses and have occupancy . . . They will not build and someone else have occupancy." The Bible also promises: "They will not toil for nothing." (Isaiah 65:21-23) Thus people will have productive, satisfying work. Life will not be boring.
In time, God's Kingdom will even restore the peaceful relations that existed in the garden of Eden between animals, and between animals and humans. The Bible says: "The wolf will actually reside for a while with the male lamb, and with the kid the leopard itself will lie down, and the calf and the maned young lion and the well-fed animal all together; and a mere little boy will be leader over them."—Isaiah 11:6-9; Hosea 2:18.
Just imagine, in the Paradise earth all sicknesses and physical infirmities will also be healed! God's Word assures us: "No resident will say: 'I am sick.'" (Isaiah 33:24) "[God] will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."—Revelation 21:4.
How It Is Possible for You
Surely your heart must be moved by the promises of God regarding life in his new world of righteousness. And while some may consider the realizing of such blessings too good to be true, they are not too good to come from the hand of our loving Creator.—Psalm 145:16; Micah 4:4.
Of course, there are requirements to be met if we are to live forever in the coming Paradise on earth. Jesus showed a principal one, saying in prayer to God: "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."—John 17:3.
So if we truly want to live in God's new world, we must first learn God's will and then do it. For it is a fact: This "world is passing away and so is its desire, but he that does the will of God remains forever," to enjoy eternally the blessings to be showered down by our loving Creator.—1 John 2:17.

Yes and no.
Yes, I believe in the concept and in the wisdom that its the place where all pleasures materialistic and otherwise, and all emotional comforts converge.
No, because I know it will elude most of us who will either be reborn into this world ( unfinished businesses, unquenched quests, unsatisfied wants) or at best, spent some time in limbo and then be born again.
Ideally, you could end up in paradise if all your life you had been a paragon of virtues. Practically, it would be impossible.
My wisdom draws from a number of different religions but its a belief I dearly value nonetheless.

I believe there's a place for us to go after life. Now what does heaven looks like is the question. Do I believe everything will be wonderful there as it saids in the Bible. Well, the issue I have with the Bible is that not all words are exactly quoted from God because of many generations of word of mouth from one person to another. I don't believe in Adam and Eve story so why should I believe in the others as well. So my perseption is that there is another place but I don't have the exact visual picture to describe it. But I promise you this, we'll all find out sooner or later. Let's hope later and enjoy this life and live to the fullest and be kind to everyone because I do know for certain that at least in this life Karma exists.

I sure hope this isn't it!! I'm sure there are alot of people worse off than I am, but I still go to work everyday, shop for bargains, wonder whats going to happen next in the world, as far as terrorism. Its far from perfect, when people are starving, and all the crime exists, and the pollution, and global warming problems and so forth. If this is paradise, then what is heaven going to be like when I die!!

GOD IS NOT GOING TO DESTROY THE EARTH, THE EARTH SOMETIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE WILL BECOME A GARDEN OF EDEN OR PARADISE WHERE PEOPLE CAN LIVE IN PEACE & SECURITY.
ARMAGEDDON IS SIMPLY HIS WAR TO CLEAN THE EARTH OF WICKED PEOPLE & ALL BAD THINGS THAT EXIST, & PEOPLE WHOSE WORSHIP IS UNACCEPTABLE TO HIM.
Why, though, would God wage a global war? Armageddon is closely related to one of his cardinal qualities, justice. The Bible declares: “God is a lover of justice.” (Psalm 37:28) He has seen all the acts of injustice perpetrated during man’s history. This naturally provokes his righteous displeasure. Thus, he has appointed his Son to wage a just war in order to do away with this entire wicked system.
Only God is capable of waging a truly just and truly selective war during which righthearted individuals, wherever they may be on earth, will be preserved. ) And only he has the right to impose his sovereignty over all the earth, for it is his creation.—Revelation 4:11.
What about survivors? Indeed, no one needs to perish at Armageddon. The apostle Peter observed: “God . . . does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9) And the apostle Paul stated that God’s “will is that all sorts of men should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth.”—1 Timothy 2:4.
Consider the good Har–Magedon promises to achieve—godly humanity’s peaceful future on this planet, no more pollution, no more war, no more poverty, no more disease or even death. God promises: “Look! I am making all things new.”—Revelation 21:3-5.
