Who says you can? If you don't have open sores in your mouth the acid in your stomach will take of that stuff handily
Even so, I wouldn't go out of my way to imbibe these things if I know they are present.

Yes. they are both sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) which means that they can be transmitted from one person to another any way from a sexual organ.
