Yes, you can. You can also get gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, and various other sexually transmitted diseases that way, which are nastier in your mouth and throat than just about anywhere else. Use a condom, for the whole time, every time - oral, anal, or vaginal.

Who says you can? If you don't have open sores in your mouth the acid in your stomach will take of that stuff handily
Even so, I wouldn't go out of my way to imbibe these things if I know they are present.
