ok i lie this guy how do get him to like he's shy sometimes we talk alot i know him since we were in middle school what should i do,,,,

If he's shy, just ask him to a non-threatening lunch or coffee to talk about something.

Well obviously since you both talk a lot he likes you too, but talk is cheap, when you are together sometime in the future try holding his hand or giving him a hug, he will get the picture and you wont have to say much...

Just keep talking with him. Don't try to rush everything along, he'll like you in time. When it feels like it's right, just say, "Y'know, I really like you." You don't want to sit there practically asking him to like you..just let it come as it happens because that's how an actual, meaningful relaitonship is made.

Find some of his favorite interests and find something you have in common with him then when you get to know each other more, he might as well develope feelings for you.

Shy or not if he really liked being with you he would open up,
if not he's definitely hiding somrthing or don't expect anything

Talk to him. Tell him how you feel, and if he knows that you like him, he'll be willing to be more open with you. if he's shy with you, he probably just likes you.
