on myspace, u can go to different band sites, and download their songs off myspace..is this illegal?

I download music off the internet ALL THE TIME! I'm sorry, but I'm not going to spend 20.00 on a CD that only has one good song. If Singer really want people to buy there CD's then they need to come out with better songs. I always buy the CD's if I like over half the songs...otherwise I'm going to download it.

I don't think so. As long as you can download it and it is made available without a price; why would it be illegal for you. Maybe it is illegal for the site to allow this.

No. They post it on there for that exact purpose. If you were to then sell the downloads, you could be breaking the law.

no not at all, If you can download them then it is perfectly legal as they are letting you do it, some bands dont let you download them when you click on it as it doesnt respond...
