My system had to be forced off a week ago, and since that point, I can't get Firefox to open in a maximized window.

right click on the shortcut to firefox then properties then under "Run:" put maximized

on the window of firefox look at the top right your see

a box
and a x
click on the box
and firefox will go to full screen

to re-set your windows on firefox

right click the taskbar click on cascade windows
the taskbar is the blue line bar from left /right on the left side your see start on the right side your see the pc time of day with icons
right click on the blue line taskbar click on the menu that pops up cascade windows then re-size your program screen when it is un-stuck

Make sure when you exit out of the page its Maximized. Then when you click on it to open it should stay maximized.

(so close out all your window's, then open one up and mazimize it and them click the X to close it, and the next time you open a new page it should be good to go)
