old classic: tie a very fine fishline or strong nylon thread (almost invisible) to an old wallet (leave a dollar sticking out of it.) Leave it where your friend will be walking. When he bends down to pick it up, yank it away! If you use just a dollar, they might think it is the wind and go chasing it down the street!
Crank it up a notch: take a raw egg, coat it thoroughly with melted wax, or several layers of Krylon spray enamel. Leave it in their house, somewhere where they won't find it right away-- behind the sofa, or in a closet. A couple weeks will go by while the egg decays inside. Finally, the gas pressure will build up enough to explode the shell! There will be a little POP and presto-- rotten egg smell all over!

go to them crying:Tell them that you just spent the last two 1/2 hours knocking on peoples doors,because you ran over a cat.Well a cop seen you,made you pick up the cat and go door to door to find out who's cat it was."you just so happen to be by some apts."Tell after so many you got to the last apt. on that section and a little old lady answered the door.You asked her if this was her cat and she started to cry!You told her how very sorry you were and offered to buy her a new one or just give her the money for the cat.Well she took the money,so the cop arrested her."they will freak out and ask why in the world did they arrest her?"you'll say"For selling p***y"Trust me they'll hit you for that one,and it'll take a while for them to come up with something better!!It's been played on me and I've got people back with it too!!

I like the old scotch taping their sprayer thing on the kitchen sink trick and make sure it is pointing to the person the will turn on the water. It is so funny I laugh everytime :)

my cousin and i were chattin on AIM. He disguised the AIM Annoy URL with "Click Here". I accidentally clicked it. It crashed AIM. It was so dam hillarious!
