If Adam and Eve were literally the first humans created from dust, then no.
If they were metaphorical beings, then it doesn't matter. it is like asking how many angels can fit on the tip of a needle.
Considering DNA evidence points to a single original male and female human pair, if Adam and Eve were the first human creatures to have higher thought, and thus could be held morally responsible for their actions, thus separating humans from all other creatures, then yes, because they were evolved (by God's direction) from previous creatures such as apes that were not held morally responsible.

Perhaps not because the navel comes from the umbilical cord being cut after birth and Adam and Eve were created as adults.

I like knighttemplar's answer -
Were Adam and Eve born, (evolved) and at some stage in their evolution given the spirit of God (and therefore had navels) or as the Bible says created from earth and bone and therefore had no need for navels. The choice is yours ... until DNA supplies us with answers.

I don't know, doesn't really matter, but this is interesting -
...
You will recall that after the earth had been created, divided, beautified, and inhabited with plant and animal life, the crowning achievement of the Creation was to be man—the human being. “So the Gods went down to organize man in their own image, … male and female to form they them"
...
When Eve was created—when her body was made by God—Adam exclaimed, “Bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of man”
...
From the rib of Adam, Eve was formed. Interesting to me is the fact that animals fashioned by our Creator, such as dogs and cats, have thirteen pairs of ribs, but the human being has one less with only twelve. I presume another bone could have been used, but the rib, coming as it does from the side, seems to denote partnership. The rib signifies neither dominion nor subservience, but a lateral relationship as partners, to work and to live, side by side.

Considering they were created by God and not born like all of us have been, probably not. They didn't have the umbilical cord since they weren't carried in the womb, which is where we all get out navel ("belly button") from.

As they were created not born the answer is no, but when you get to Heaven you can ask them.
Incidentally, science has decided that we are all decended from one woman - the Bible calls her Eve.

Well, if they weren't born, they have no navels. Belly button is a scar, left from the umbillical cord. Since they never had such a cord, they have no such scar.

If you take the Bible literally, Adam was created from mud, so - not having been born - he would have had no navel.
Eve was created from one of Adam's ribs, same story.

I think the more important question is, 'Did Adam and Eve even exist?'
