Not sure. Go to the Add/Remove programs and Change it to Run from my computer. I don't know what else to tell you.

I assume you are running it from the website they created (If not, where did you get it? I'd Like to have the Beta to learn.). But if so, then it loads everytime you launch from the website.
If it is installed on your pc, your configurations are set incorrectly. You should re-install and run the maintenance to get the configuration right.

You have the install options configured wrong. Start over and read everything carefully as you go.
