Search for a validation crack - they're out there.
If you can't do that, then don't get IE7 - it's not that special. It's the equivalent of Mozilla Firefox in 2002.
Get Firefox instead, you won't be disappointed.

Buy a proper version of Windows - Windows Validation is there to stop dodgy versions of windows from existing.

If you don't have a valid copy of XP, you can't. If you access the Microsoft site, they'll be straight on to you.
You have to validate your copy before you can download.
