I would like to know the weather forcast in Windsor, Ontario in OCTOBER.. For traveling !

Well, it's fall so not extremely hot but Windsor is not likely to have snow in October either. In terms of temperatures, probably high's of 15-20C (59-68F) but maybe as high as 25C (77F) if you get a really nice day. For lows in the evenings probably somewhere between 5-15C (41-59F). Basically, pack slacks t-shirts and possibly a sweater or sweat shirt in case it turns real cold. Maybe bring a tank top or something if it does get up to that 25C. October tends to be a real transitional month for weather so the beginning of the month is nicer than the end.

this ain't gonna help because we could have snow not very likely though it may be warm or cold and rainy.the roads are pretty well kept though there shouldn't be any problems getting there or around the city
