You can not get married because you need an ID for the marriage certificate,and even if you got by with that somehow she will be sent back no matter what til she does the right things to become a legal citizen of our USA

that is probably the easiest way they can gain leagal status here. There are quite a few operations where large sums of $$$ are exchanged for a three or four month quickie marriage to obtain a green card.

If you mean an illeagal alien than yes you can if you mean sombody who breaks the law than yes you can but proablly shouldn't if you mean sombody of the same sex as you than only in some states.
