is this a candy you can snack on without worrying??

anything can make you fat if you eat more calories than you burn. but, say you're at the movies, the twizzlers are a better choice than say popcorn or nachos or the milk duds. however, chocolate, dark chocolate, have important antioxidants. a little will not hurt you. if you have a sweet tooth, try eating some fruit with a little bit of non fat whipped cream. or get one graham cracker, spread a thin layer of marshmellow cream and chocolate and eat it. vanilla soy milk with organic granola cereal is good as well. just make sure not to live on twizzlers. you need to learn how to snack healthy and learn better eating styles.

Link to nutrition info. Not much fat per serving, but roughly half the calories come from sugar. Find a healthier snack. Eating celery consumes more calories than it provides.

Ya they probably are. Pretty much everything yummy is fattening.

no it is not fatting but it is full of carbs which when are not use get stored into your fat cells this making fat...... your body needs some fats though but sugar it can live with out because you can get enuff of it threw the foods you eat.....
