I use Redken for color treated hair. "Blond Glam" to be exact. I used a different Redken product before my hair was dyed. Very nice.

I don't brush when it's wet. I use a comb to detangle. I rarely use a blow drier. I condition every day and use a deep conditioner once a week to once every other week.

I use Brilliant Brunette shampoo and conditioner. When I get in the shower I shampoo my hair and then put on the conditioner. I wash my body, shave and do whatever else I need to and wash out the conditioner right before I get out of the shower. I do blow dry my hair and use a straightning iron a little bit but I always spray on some heat defense spray first. Also, get a trim every 2 months.

I have healthy (thick) hair... I wash it, comb it, and use cheap shampoo and conditioner.

wow, that wasn't helpful.

My friend also has healthy hair, and she doesn't over-blowdry it, and doesn't use a straightener too much. She gets it trimmed regularly (split ends, etc.) She washes it, uses a volumizing conditioner, towel-dries it and then lightly blow dries it.

Don't overbrush or keep the dryer too close to your head- this causes split ends, and brushing too much can make your hair oily..

i use TRESemme healthy volume silk protein shampoo and conditioner and i'm always getting compliments from people and my hairdresser on how healthy and shiny my hair is. the trick to keep it so healthy is if ur gonna use heat styling tools on ur hair always rub a little bit of hair serum (i use john frieda's frizz-ease) on hair before u do.

well, my hair is healthy. it used to be jacked up. i got my hair cut real short, so now it grows evenly. plus, i keep my hair in braids so it grows faster. being black also gives me an advantage, lol, jk. my uncle is a barber n he knows a lot about hair. u shouldnt wash ur hair everyday (i know, i know), but its true. ur scalp makes natural oils n when u wash ur hair everyday, u end up drying it out. well, gotta go, peace
