Everyone has that "Gene", when you're younger, you are usually not interested in either sex. Over time, through experience, and nature, you decide what you like. Generally you will go with the opposite sex, like the law of nature, opposites attract. But others will go with the same sex, that is what they are more comfortable with, and that is what they find apealing.

But, never mind, all men will find other men "good looking" and all females, will think otehr women are "sexy". This does not make them gay or bi. It's just admiring the same sex, if you for example, get a hard on, while looking at a man, and thinking about touching him, Then there is a chance you might be gay/bi. BUT, sometimes, it's the idea of being controlled, by someone stronger or bigger than you. Or the Idea of controlling someone weaker or smaller than you, and not actually weither it is or not a man or woman. Again, it's in the nature, to not care where you get your satisfaction from.

Also, Women for example, are more commonly known, to enjoy men having sex with women, rather than just standing arounr, or having man sex. Why? Because it feeds the fantasy of being or wanting to be that woman, or being able to watch the intimacy. Even if she "enjoys" watching the female and enjoys her body. Women's body are more curvy, and tend to draw more attention, even artists, who are not bi or gay, would rather draw female figures, because they have a better flow, than a blocky male. Most artists render femanine males, than a musle man.

It's all in how you percieve bisexual. Most straight people assume Women who are bi, with another women, is more like assisted masterbation, than a relationship, while men who are bi, purely enjoy anal sex. but rather be with a straight person. When that is NOT the case...

You can enjoy someone of the same sex, and not have sex with them, but still love them as much as a straight person is with another straight person. Being bi Sexual means you are attracted to both sexes, physically and emotionally, in some state of mind.

So in some way, we could be all bi, unless you have no best friends.
Because in reality, your best friend, is your closest "companion" that you may or may not be having sex with. ;)

No, I don't think it is so simple to define people's sexuality.

It is said that we are all somewhere on a continuum (line) between 100% Homosexual (one pole) and 100% Hetrosexual (opposite pole), with Bisexuality somewhere at 50/50. So every person is leaning towards one side or the other. I find it fascinating.

no, I'm definitely not bisexual. This whole bisexual thing seems to be mainly an e-phenomenon. I swear, I have never "met" as many bisexual people as I have online. It seems like it's the trendy thing to claim.

I think that we are all born bisexual, but our gender preference depends on our reactions to society’s standards of what is a male trait and a female trait. For example, as soon as you have brought home your baby boy, you’re going to give him a nice blue blanket—right then, he has already suffered from cultural pressures. I hope this makes sense- if it doesn’t feel free to IM me.

Read the spring issue of Scientific American Mind. They state that if we did not have social pressure to form relationships with the opposite sex, the majority of people would fall into the bi-sexual area, with the minorities being heterosexuality and homosexuality. We would choose freely according to honest attraction.

Go to a library and look for the spring issue, if you would like to read the whole article.

All people have both feminine and masculine aspects, but the proportion of each varies from person to person and it doesn't mean that all people are bisexual (not that there's anything wrong with that).
