mine is 90 i just came from upstairs im so out of shape

Probably around 65 - 70 since I am doing packaging. If I am at rest, church or in a dull meeting, it'll drop to about 48 or so. I crank it up to about 165 when I run and it'll easily hit 180 when I am in a race.

alright well mine is 68 i train everyday and i just woke up lol. hemm yours is ok but i would say try to start some cardio and some weights make you alot healthier
