For a beach wedding i suggest a nice white casual dress, flowers in your hair, maybe a crown of baby's breath....long stemmed flowers tied with a nice ribbon draping down.Find a spot with a good background view for your ceremony and photos...Have a wonderful wedding

Congrats!

The first thing I would do is figure out where you can have it and who is going to officiate. As soon as that is figured out, it is all downhill.

Email or make your own invitations and make sure your family get them soon. Your wedding is right around the corner!

Finding your dress doesn't have to be a nightmare. Start at David's bridal, Debs (teen prom store that has some classy stuff), and the Salvation Army. If you can't find something there, look at the department stores or Target. You'll be surprised where you can find cute dresses for inexpensive.

For food I'd reserve a room or big table in a great restaurant nearby. It's cheaper than a reception and you get to chose what to eat. Plus, it is much more inmate.

Flowers are great if you can get them wholesale at a flower market or online. Or just keep them simple from a florist (calla lillys or sunflowers) because the beach is so pretty.

Congratulations!

You can have casual beach attire. For the bride a nice chiffon gown (lightweight and cool to wear in the heat). I have several that I sell for as little as $70.

When you do a casual wedding it is easier to save on decor. A beach wedding is simple. Use the setting as your decor. Just add an archway (floral supply stores sell them cheap). Put some flowers and a nice bow up top. This will be were you marry. Most couples go barefoot. There is foot jewelry you can purchase for this type of wedding that is just gorgeous as well.

You can do nice in season flowers for your bouquet. In season is always less expensive.

Depending on the amount of people there you can have your reception in a small gathering room in the hotel you plan to stay at. Renting a beach house is nicer but can be pricey.

Ask the hotel for linens and place settings, if you and your party are staying there they may loan them free.

Hope it helps.
Best Wishes

A beach wedding is the perfect solution to a budget wedding. simply pick a spot, find someone to marry you ( if you don't have someone keep your eye out for other marriages at the beach and get a card after the ceremony is over. ) If they are all friends and family tell them to bring their own picnic lunch, or potluck there is nothing wrong with this knowing your budget, the important thing is the two of you doing the deed, its not about an over done pretentios weeding. You can even collect seashells and put them in a decorative drawstring bag to hand out to your guests. oh start downloading songs you and your fiancee like and bring a cd player and play your already mixed cd's and pick a song for your first dance

How about a beach wedding?? Use tiki torches to line the aisles, wear a simple white dress, have the boys wear khakis and light blue shirts. Have a friend become a notary online so they can marry you. Have someone in the family you trust take pictures for you. Usually pictures at the beach come out beautiful. Look for things at the end of this summer season, you can get great deals on things. For reception gifts, put sand in small containers and get ribbon with your names on it. (You can get it at Things Remember pretty inexpensively).
Good luck and Congrats

See if you can rent a nice beach house so you can stay in it for a few days with your families. For like a week rental. You'll have to hurry, tho. Also get your preacher or justice of the peace and or a ships captain to marry you two, and make sure you get your license in the same county you get married in, or it won't be legitimate with the state.
Dang! You are running to the wire, so hustle your bustle, girl!

I was going to do that. I picked a wedding dress that was absolutely gorgeous and $800.00. It was used and from a consignment shop. I was going to have a nice bouquet of flowers, and that was about all. It was going to be at sunset. You can do the same and adjust the cost of the dress to suit your taste and budget. My most important things were, my husband, my dress, the beach, and the sunset. We would have left after the ceremony for our honeymoon, and the guest would be left to do whatever they wanted.
