Is the world population declining by birth rate for the last ten years and immigration is changing western demographics not birth rates, or non-western countries are going to take over the earth by increasing thier population explosions?

99.9% of women in any western country wouldn't ever think of raising a large family, it's goes against all they have strived for in thier history. Non western countries don't have that history and continue to increase thier high birth rates, so I thought.

So is the US Census Beareu subject to interpretation or what?

It is subject to interpretation if you ask me. I think you're exaggerating when you say that 99.9% of women in any western country wouldn't ever think of raising a large family. There are some women who do end up raising a large family after all.

The Census is open to interpretation, but I don't know if you are reading the trends correctly. The world population is not declining, even if the babies per couple is reducing. People are living longer.

And you 99.9% figure on Western women is not close to accurate nor supported by the census data.
